Signing in with your Virtuous Account

Use your Virtuous ID and Password to log into your account. We do not store your virtuous passwords but instead get a token from Virtuous to authenticate requests made to their api.

If you are using 2FA with Virtuous you will be presented with an additional field to enter your OTP from Authy after you submit your username and password.

Signing in with Email

You can select "Email" on the login or setup screen to get started with just your email address. A 'magic-link' will be sent to your email address. If you don't see it in a few minutes, check your junk mail folder. When you click the link in your email it will open DonorSync in your browser.
