Our mapping feature is designed to seamlessly integrate Virtuous and Financial Edge, allowing users to link Virtuous projects with corresponding Financial Edge Credit and Debit Accounts. This process streamlines data synchronization, enhancing the efficiency of your CRM and financial management.

Mapping Process:

Navigate through the available accounts and projects, selecting the pairing that best suits your needs. The intuitive interface simplifies the mapping process, ensuring a smooth experience. Users can easily match Virtuous projects with specific Financial Edge Credit and Debit Accounts.

Virtuous Projects Filters:

When selecting Virtuous projects, leverage search and filter options to streamline the mapping process. Filter projects based on name, external accounting code, project code, online display name, and description. Additionally, you can narrow down your selection by choosing to display only public projects or those eligible for tax deductions.

Financial Edge Accounts Filters:

For Financial Edge accounts, utilize search and filter options to refine your choices. Filter accounts based on ID, account number, and description. The ability to match exact case ensures precision in selecting the right accounts for mapping.

Map Your Data:

The heart of the feature lies in mapping your data effectively. Select the Virtuous Projects and associate them with the appropriate Financial Edge Credit and Debit Accounts. This tailored mapping ensures a direct and accurate synchronization between your CRM and financial systems.

View Mappings:

Once mappings are set, easily review and manage them through the "View Mappings" section. This provides a comprehensive overview of the established connections, allowing users to make adjustments as needed.
